When our restaurant founder first tried one though, he knew right away that he had to bring this mouthwatering deli treat to Los Angeles.
We build our cubano with a cracked wheat bread
special-made just for us by a local Cuban bakery.
Many of our sandwich meats are marinated in our secret mojo criollo (creole sauce) recipe.
We then toast your sandwich just like they do in Havana, using a sandwich press called a Plancha which fuses the juicy flavors.
The end result is a sandwich that satisfies like no hoagie or sub could ever hope to.
